Chia Seed Pudding Parfait

Add in the coconut milk filled with lauric acid that fights bacteria and delivers healthy fats for soft, smooth skin, and you have a winning combination that tastes as good as it makes you look! 

2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of Sweet Leaf Stevia powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
10 strawberries, chopped

1. Pour the chia seeds into a mason jar or medium sized bowl and mix with the coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of stevia powder.
2. If using a mason jar simply put the lid on, shake well and refrigerate for up to an hour or overnight. If using a bowl simply give the contents a good stir, cover and refrigerate.
3. After the given time the chia seed will appear translucent, congealed with the milk into a creamy white jelly type of consistency.
4. Layer the pudding with the chopped strawberries in a glass or a bowl!
