Restoration Report

At times, you have to think radical thoughts and take drastic measures if you want to affect a measurable change! You have to shift enough to make an impact. No matter what it is, health, relationships, career, finances, if you don’t like it, you have to make the choice to make it different. 


A little while back, I was feeling less than optimum, in fact, my health-o-meter was on low, so I decided to treat myself like a patient, and thought it would be even better if Terry and I pursued this together. (He's so tolerating! 😍) We measured and evaluated our wellness with the Zyto, a bio-communication system that we use at the office to determine biological preferences for our clients, before we began this 28 day adventure! You can see the results from that scan 03/06/2018. I wasn’t very impressed by the score. The dots in red are out-of-range bio-markers representing imbalance, and the green ones are in-range. Sort of looks like fireworks, which did, in fact, represent the way I was feeling. 

What I know is our bodies are miracles in the making! I wanted to put some of the healing programs and herbal remedies to work. We wanted to see just how amazingly and brilliantly it would restore and rejuvenate by eliminating food stressor additives, while promoting healing with proper nutrients. The next step was to create a dietary guideline, supplement schedule, and personalized tea blends, and then whole-heartedly implement the plan!

I enlisted the help of my good friend, Amber, of ReU Juicery, and together we created a 28 day strategically-balanced program that allowed us to have nutrient-rich foods multiple times per day to support our adrenal glands, heal digestion, and allow for optimal cell regeneration as Terry and I journeyed through this program together. 

So here’s what we did:

Day 1
7 a.m. 4oz Shot CilantroCelery juice
7:30 a.m. 16 ounces of Bone Broth
10:00 a.m. Beetz (Apple, Carrot, Beet, Lemon, Ginger)
Noon: Nourish Power Bowl
3:00 p.m. Hawaiian GLO (Apple, Cucumber, Lemon, Pineapple, Spirulina)
6:00 p.m. Blueberry Hemp Mylk
9:00 p.m. 16 ounces of cream of tartar water

Day 2
7 a.m. 4oz Shot CilantroCelery juice
7:30 a.m. Bone Broth
10:00 a.m. Awake -(Orange, Carrot, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper)
Noon: Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl
3:00 p.m. Refresh (Pear, Cucumber, Celery, Spinach, Lemon and Mint)
6:00 p.m. Golden Mylk (Coconut Mylk, Medjool Dates, Turmeric, Raw Honey, and Black Pepper)
9:00 p.m. 16 ounces of cream of tartar water

Day 3
7 a.m. 4oz Shot CilantroCelery juice

10:0 a.m. Zen (Orange, Beet, Ginger, Lemon, Turmeric, Raw Honey)
Noon: Jewel Salad
3:00 p.m. Deep (Lavender Tea, Lemon, Raw Honey, Activated Charcoal)
6:00 p.m. Reishi Cashew Mylk
9:00 p.m. 16 ounces of cream of tartar water

We rotated the juices and raw power bowls in varying ways throughout the 28 days, but followed the basic routine. Yes, it was difficult at times, but it wasn’t boring, and my body responded so quickly that by day 5, I wasn’t craving grains or dairy at all. My skin was healthier and hydrated. I was sleeping great and had way more energy! We maintained our supplement schedule by energy testing daily for nutrients. It varied slightly, but included these basic items:

Cod Liver Oil: for healthy fats and naturally occurring vitamin A & D and CoQ10
E-manganese: to support the pituitary gland to balance the thyroid
Prolamine Iodine: to balance thyroid and increase metabolism
Gut Flora complex: for digestive support
Viranon: to eliminate pathogen and burden from viruses
Symplex F/M: to support the entire female/male endocrine system

We drank our personalized tea blend daily as well. We filled a 1/2 gallon glass container with reverse osmosis water then added 2 organic rosehips tea bags, 2 Yogi peach detox tea bags, 2 organic ginger green tea tea bags, and 2 Simple Truth organic lemon myrtle detox tea bags to the water and let it steep overnight in the refrigerator. The next morning, I would fill my eco-vessel and sip on the tea until I had finished all 64 ounces.

At the end of the day, we drank cream of tartar water daily to alkalize our system, increase potassium to balance micro-nutrients, and help to eliminate biofilm from pathogen die-off. 

Along with those new steps, we followed our on-going personal care plan that includes:

Regularly scheduled upper cervical chiropractic adjustments
Cranio-Sacral Massage therapy
Body Code Sessions
Prayer&gratitude journaling
Maintaining a toxin-free living and working environment

We followed this program strictly. We didn’t deviate from it whatsoever, and the results were astounding to me. It’s one thing to subjectively make an opinion about how you feel, or how symptoms are responding to a new program, but it’s another thing to objectively and scientifically see the difference in four color wonder. Notice the difference in the second scan dated 04/10/2018. 

As we continue to study the best and most beneficial ways to support others on their wellness journey, it’s becoming more and more evident that it’s just as important for us to take offensive “foods” and beverages out, as it is to add healing foods in, and it’s just as important to detoxify your living environment as it is your liver.
